Authentication (2FA)

Hey Jack. Hope this finds you well. To enable 2FA, first ensure that the 2FA add-on is active in your system before configuring Two-Factor Authentication.

How to Enable 2FA​

Follow the steps below to enable 2FA on your account:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your Profile and open the Security tab.
  3. Scroll down to locate the Two-Factor Authentication section.
  4. Switch the toggle to Enable.
  5. Click Get Started to begin the setup.
  6. Copy the Secret Key and add it to your authenticator app.
  7. Save the provided Backup Code in a secure location for future use.
  8. Log out and sign in again to complete the configuration.
  9. After logging in, enter the verification code generated by your authenticator app.
  10. Copy the new verification code for your next login.
