Yes, if you have setup multiple sending domains associated with multiple sending nodes in Mumara it will rotate automatically.

The domains are linked to your Sending Nodes and when you choose multiple sending nodes while scheduling a broadcast, it fetches the linked domains in rotation. You can choose the rotation pattern as well i.e sequential or random.
