Cannot install it .. Path Verification Failed

Hello

I am stuck at install.

I set my ftp info and then it checks path (/) and says Path Verification Failed
I tried with another ftp account. One with direct public_html path and the other one going to root
SAME PROBLEM Path Verification Failed
wasted 2 hours and cannot figure it out
Anyone please ?

Are you sure you are using the correct FTP user that has access to the Mumara folder? Also, did you try using SFTP and None method, if they are showing the same issue? You can also open a support ticket along with server details for a technician to look into it.
 
i am sure about the ftp credentials as i tried with filezilla
I sent server info to the support.
Waiting for them to get back to me
