Database check warning message

Hello,
I am running Mumara+ lastest version 5.3.1
I go to Tools/Database check --> The system said: "We have found some missing items in your database and created the SQL queries for them."

I press Update --> The process has been started in background and should be completed as per the database size.

I wait for a day.
And then I press check database again, I see the same warning message, nothing change.
I go to Update --> Force update for 2 times.
Then check again --> The warning message is still there.
What should I do?

This is alter query which is already executed on your server, so I can ignore these SQL queries and proceed.
