Drip Campaign and Delay trigger broadcast does not delay (send instantly)

Hi guys,

i am trying to figure how to drip follow-up.

I was trying to use:
1. Drip campaigns after trigger: add to segment and then i drip campaign setup 1. after 5 minutes and 2. after 15 minutes
2. Boradcast wtih Trigger after 5 minutes, and Trigger after 10 minutes.

Both sent immediately and multiple times (same message).

can someone help me figure out why is it happening and how to fix it? Maybe it's below problem regarding database

Also got another issue with database ( think ). After checking "DB check" getting a lot of issues/error". After clicking a button "Fix". Nothing happens.

Error in executing query = ALTER TABLE `active_sessions` CHANGE `id` `id` bigint unsigned NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT;

Can this cause issues?

Another question: After creating Drip Campaign after trigger can i see schedule of emails inside drip campaign?

@marakonek you can skip the db issues as it will keep giving the alter queries as the MySQL version mismatches.

Regarding your drips issue, can you tell me the exact criteria of your segment?

As you said, you created the trigger based on a segment. Can you provide me with the criteria for the segment? I mean, what filters did you use for the segment? And also, what version of Mumara you are using?

Latest version

Segment is created based on email sent criteria.

I have extra idea. I installed mumara on vps ip, not domain. Can it cause issues?

2. Tell me the exact filters you used for the segment criteria? Based on the email sent or the recipient's engagements? Please share the criteria snapshot so I can try to find the issue.

2. As i wrote above:

LIST - all contacts
SEGMENT - based on criteria EMAIL SENT to LIST OF ALL CONTACTS.

I can't share snapshot right now because i reinstalled mumara

So i had:

LIST FULL OF CONTACT
(TRIGGER)AFTER EMAIL SENT THEY LAND TO:
SEGMENT - CONTACT WHO SENT FROM LUST FULL OF CONTACTS
(TRIGGER) - AFTER CONTACT IS ADDED TO SEGMENT IT STARTS DRIP GROUP INSTANTLY
(DRIP GROUP). Email 1 sent after delay 1h, second 2h, third 3h.

Few things you need to keep in mind

  1. You always need to wait for a justified time for the team to reproduce the case, especially on the weekends. Nothing is super quick!
  2. There are hundreds of criteria, and every filter changes how it works. So a technician needs to test it on your installation.
  3. Believe me; this tool isn't designed to understand things within a few hours. It's a massive tool and sometimes requires months to jump to the next level.
  4. I can see that you opened a ticket with support staff 6 hours ago. It should be checked on your installation, and you'll be advised if there is any mistake in the flow.
