Hi all,
Recently, we found an issue with our Mumara Classic Pro. We sent 10 campaigns in the morning today (10/22/2020) and each campaign had an hour gap between them. Meaning 2nd campaign only starts when the first one was finished, so there was no overlapping. These 20 campaigns were sent via 20 servers on Mumara Classic Pro with the sending option as loop. We noticed that in our 5th Campaigns, the 'from address' was not any of our SMTP servers, instead it was our username email - [email protected]. Upon viewing the source of the email, we noticed that SPF has failed. We did not experience this problem with any other ESP. It's only showing for hotmail/outlook emails.
I'll attach a screenshot for your reference:
Can you provide any insight on why this may have happened?
We have checked all our IPs under postmaster tool and SPF,DMARC and DKIM success rate is at 100%.
Please Advice.
Thanks.
Regards,
MDG Computers Inc.
