Failed to Add SSL Certificate to the Tracking Domain.

I reviewed your article on adding an SSL certificate to the tracking ID:

I followed ALL the instructions, I used Putty to check the folder, and while it exists, I didn't find an SSL certificate to add to my domain, which is http://mumara.hotelandsuitehotels.com/.

Please share the proper way to add SSL.
