I tried to configure a pmta server with 3 ip rotation here is the problem I have when I start my pmta server

Startup error: Error binding socket to 212.73.134.171:2525, status = EADDRINUSE
on powermta when put start pmta

Is it related to Mumara? Always give maximum information. I cannot assume where you are getting this error, in what application, on what step, etc.
