issue with server allocation memory

We have an issue with server allocation memory, when / had 50GB and home has 1.8TB.

how can we resolve this issue?

below is the output from our server.

The only way you can give more memory to the "/" partition is to do re-partitioning. You may need to reinstall your server afterward.
