Mumara setting for sending email in an hour

Currently there are options in Mumara Classic to send x amount of emails in an hour or in a day. My question is how are these emails being sent in an hour? For example if we have 200 emails going in an hour via 20 SMTPs servers, are these 200 emails being sent out all together in an hour or even spaced out minute by minute ?

Also, is they a way where we can choose how many emails to send per minute or per second?

in Mumara Classic, the emails are distributed over nanoseconds. e.g. if you have 3600 emails per hour, it means Mumara will send @60 emails every minute or @1 email per second. The hourly rate isn't actually a limit but it's throttling.

What happens when we send an email from Mumara and the (SMTP) MTA relays and queues the email for delivery to its final destination?
For example:
We send 100 emails per hour and and some of those emails are in queue and do not get delivered, does Mumara try to send them again? If yes, how does that change the sending pattern of the emails ?

Let me be more clear to make it easier to understand.

For example: Mumara setting to send emails is set to 3600 per hour. We are putting a restriction on the server level( SMTP level) to not send more than 200 emails per hour. So if Mumara is trying to send 3600 emails/hour , and we are blocking it internally to 200 emails/hour and putting the rest 3400 emails on queue. What happens in Mumara then? Will it try to send these emails in the next batch (next hour) or just do not send them at all?

Our CTO needs some clarification on this to make the appropriate changes.

We are in a domain warmup procedure and would like to take the process very carefully to avoid being blacklisted by the ESPs.

So please advice to the questions stated above. Looking forward to your response.
