Overcoming Spam Folder Challenges

Mikael Frost

Beginner
I’m facing an issue where some of my emails are landing in the spam/junk folder instead of the inbox. I’ve tried checking my email content and sending setup, but the problem still exists.
Can you please help me understand what could be causing this and how I can fix it?
I’d like to know the best practices or settings I should verify such as domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender reputation, or anything else that might affect deliverability.

Dear Mikael,

Thank you for reaching out! The issue of emails landing in spam or junk folders is usually related to domain authentication, content quality, or sender reputation.

Here are a few key areas to review and best practices to help resolve this:
Verify Domain Authentication. Make sure your domain has the following records properly configured
SPF: Authorizes your sending servers.
DKIM: Adds a digital signature to validate your messages.
DMARC: Monitors and protects your domain from unauthorized use.

In case you need any further information, please do not hesitate to ask again.

Thankyou
