Hey, I have some queries regarding the package downgrade. Can I downgrade my package at any time?
  1. Will an invoice be generated if I downgrade in the middle of the month? Or do I have to complete the month before downgrading?
  2. Will my contact data be lost after downgrading, or do I need to remove it before downgrading?
  3. Will the old stats be visible after downgrading?

Ans: No, an invoice will not be generated if you downgrade your plan in the middle of the month.

Q: Will my contact data be lost after downgrading, or do I need to remove it before downgrading?
Ans: If your contacts exceed the limit of the new plan you are downgrading to, you will receive a notification stating, "You can't downgrade; please delete the contacts before downgrading the plan."

Q: Will the old stats be visible after downgrading?
Ans: Yes, you will be able to view your old stats. However, please note that in Mumara One, you can only access up to 30 days of old data.
