Reissues license not working, remains unauthorized when installing on new server

Hiya,

I'm install Mumara on a new server, as per the instructions here: https://docs.mumara.com/Campaigns/Getting-Started/Installation-Guide

However, the domain and license key will not reset despite having been reissued then from my client area.

In the client area it says : The Valid Domain, IP and Directory will be detected & saved the next time the license is accessed.

But when an prompted to add the domain and key via the installer it returns:

Unauthorized
Opsss: The license key isn't authorized for this server or domain
Hint: Try re-issuing the license key from your client area

Please can you advise how best to proceed?

Dear Phil,

make sure you are giving the domain name without www and HTTP. Also inbox me your LIcense key so I can find out the footprints.
