Scheduled Campaigns - preparing to send.... Emails is never sending

Hi
I have scheduled campaign and sending.... the countdown is showing and then in Activity Status it says "preparing to send"
The emails are never sent ... it get stuck there and never sends the email.. what is wrong ??

I am on a linux server using powermta

Would really appreciate some advice to solve this

Hi @madde1000,
Is your mumara is on latest version? Once you schedule a campaign try to refresh schedule page again after redirect if it still problem please share your mumara url or create a ticket on billin.mumara.com with your mumara details.
