2. What are some best practices admins can follow when creating and sharing these templates with their teams?

1. How can users get real benefits from using pre-built or custom segment templates?
Only admins have permission to create segment templates. Regular users can clone and use these templates in their workspace. Users can access segment templates from the Segments tab.

If a user does not have the required permission, they will not be able to view or use these templates.

2. What are some best practices admins can follow when creating and sharing these templates with their teams?
Admins can define the criteria for each segment and create templates that match different use cases. Once templates are created, users can apply them to their own data. This helps maintain consistency and saves time when building new segments.

3. How can new users easily add or use a segment template in their workspace?
New users can go to the Segments tab and simply clone any template they want to use. The cloned segment template will automatically apply to the user’s own data.

Note:
If a user does not have the required permission, they will not be able to view or clone templates.
Make sure the necessary permissions are enabled for this action.
