We would like to register a complaint regarding a critical problem we are experiencing on the Mumara platform. We are unable to send a campaign due to the extremely slow preparation of the list/segment.
In one of the submissions, the preparation took almost 12 hours and, even then, it was not possible to complete the process, as the system froze at 98%. Subsequent attempts showed the same behavior, completely preventing the campaign from running.
We emphasize that this failure is having a direct negative impact on our project, compromising deadlines and essential deliverables. Therefore, we request urgent attention, as well as the immediate verification of the possible causes and solutions to normalize the use of the platform.
We await a prompt response from support, given the criticality of the situation.
