Hi,

I hope I will get response on this trying to reach you people for more then 10 days.

I have followed you this article : https://community.mumara.com/threads/sending-domain-ssl-certificate.277/ and All the required setting are available in the /etc/httpd/conf.d folder.

I was getting this Error.

Muhammad advice me, i quoted, The service `php-fpm` is not installed on your server. You need to run the below command only to install free SSL.

I tried it and installed `php-fpm`. But I am getting the same Error.
See below.

Again Muhammad reponsed: If you havnt RUN the this command:Screenshot 2024-05-08 162931.png then run this command only, you don't need to run the following command: systemctl restart php-fpm.service.

When I only Run this command: systemctl restart php-fpm.service.

I am getting this ERROR below.

@Zeeshanalam, if you've used our command-line installer, it includes PHP-FPM, and the SSL command is specifically designed to install SSL certificates for servers set up with our tool. However, if PHP-FPM isn't installed, that won't prevent you from using our installer. It's important to note that Mumara does not manage server-level configurations or resolve related issues. SSL certificates need to be installed independently by you or a qualified technician. Our command facilitates the installation of SSL certificates issued by Let's Encrypt through Certbot. For detailed guidance on installing SSL on your server, I recommend checking out this comprehensive tutorial from Digital Ocean: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-secure-apache-with-let-s-encrypt-on-ubuntu. This resource should provide all the information you need to secure your server with an SSL certificate.

I would advise you to open a support ticket to avail SSL installation service. I was unable to find any ticket under your name. Alternatively, provide me your ticket number.
