Tracking Domain is not Verifying

Dear Beau,

I am writing below a detailed step-by-step guide to resolve your issue. Please go through this.

When setting up a custom tracking domain using Mumara, adding a CNAME record alone isn’t enough — your server must also be configured to accept requests for that subdomain.

If the sub-domain isn’t defined as an “addon domain” (or virtual host/ServerAlias) on the server, the browser will show the default hosting page — and tracking will fail even if DNS seems correct.

The solution: either add the sub-domain via your control panel (e.g., cPanel) pointing to Mumara’s installation folder, or manually configure it as a virtual host on the web server so it’s routed properly to Mumara.

Once that’s done, the tracking domain will resolve correctly and become fully functional.

Thankyou
