If I disable a trigger, then add new contacts to the list, and later resume the trigger, will the newly added contacts receive the same drip sequence as the previously added contacts, or will they miss out on that trigger?

I would like to confirm that disabling the trigger will prevent the delivery of any drips to the contacts added during that time frame.
