Unable to start a broadcast, and Node despair in schedule broadcast??!

Hello,
After I installed my node with addon PowerMTA, and I made a test which was successful, one I headed to start an broadcast to send through the same nodes I got this; please what the problem and how can I fixe it??

You need to select `none` option in Encryption drop-down.
