Split testing in campaigns+ is also known as A/B testing which provides you a way to test the performance of your campaigns to conclude which one performed better and should be sent to the contacts to get improved results. So all you would need to do is select a couple of variants from your campaigns, define test criteria and save the split test to send it to the contact lists of your choice.
