Where to get support for Mumara ?

Hi,

I bought Mumara last week. I have some questions, things I need to know to continue using the software.

I read the docs online and found them often to be incomplete, sometimes even completely wrong and my questions are not answered there.

Posting here doesn't help. No replies on questions. It seems there are no other Mumara clients answering questions, and support staff also doesn't answer.

I opened several tickets, that was what was recommended in the welcome email I received. One of the tickets was answered, the other one not. And it said:
"It will be appreciated if you can post your General query on our community https://community.mumara.com/."

I often install software for my clients, usually I use M***** or M*****. I wanted to see if Mumara can be an option. But if I want to use it for clients I really need answers the same day. I mean, I am also running a business and questions from clients are always answered in max 2-3 hours, often even more quickly. That is what I do, and that is also what I also expect when I am the client.

So... What to do? Where to get support?

@dimivee accept my apologies for the inconvenience. We receive over a hundred tickets every day, some of the tickets take more time to resolve, and there is a queuing process for the tickets. You always need to give 1-2 days to get your questions answered, and sometimes they are responded to within a few minutes when there are no tickets or not many tickets in the queue.

And regarding your this thread, I don't find any questions in it. However, I'll look for your other threads here and try to answer at my best.

I have answered your other threads, and just to clarify that none of the threads had any support-related questions :). I would advise you to open community topics for such questions instead of the support tickets and wait for the replies. I assure you I can advise you in detail here or someone from the staff will write in detail. If you need any further assistance, don't hesitate to ask and we'll try our best.
