I bought Mumara last week. I have some questions, things I need to know to continue using the software.
I read the docs online and found them often to be incomplete, sometimes even completely wrong and my questions are not answered there.
Posting here doesn't help. No replies on questions. It seems there are no other Mumara clients answering questions, and support staff also doesn't answer.
I opened several tickets, that was what was recommended in the welcome email I received. One of the tickets was answered, the other one not. And it said:
"It will be appreciated if you can post your General query on our community https://community.mumara.com/."
I often install software for my clients, usually I use M***** or M*****. I wanted to see if Mumara can be an option. But if I want to use it for clients I really need answers the same day. I mean, I am also running a business and questions from clients are always answered in max 2-3 hours, often even more quickly. That is what I do, and that is also what I also expect when I am the client.
So... What to do? Where to get support?
