Same templates were used for both Campaigns, however, Template-2 data is absent in the A/B testing of Campaign 2.

I am managing two campaigns and have utilized identical templates for both. I am obtaining precise information for Campaign 1, which reveals the number of emails sent using both templates.

I noticed in campaign-2 that a total of 19 emails were sent, and upon viewing the A/B testing section, I found that Template 1 was used for 11 emails, while the remaining were sent using Template 2 but the data is missing.

@Zeeshan, your snapshot shows 7 emails were sent in total. Where do you see 11? Or what do you see in the logs tab?

Also, you need to be aware that if you use the Batches method while scheduling your campaign, Mumara must complete the batch before your assets (campaigns, nodes, domains) are rotated. If you are have a small campaign sent, try using the Loop method and see if you see the desired distribution.

Total email send: 254

Total No of email send: 254
Number of Template: 02
Email received by Template 1: 153 email
Missing emails data: 101 (Where are these email Data?) Could you please clarify the location of the data for the 101 email?

Click on the logs tab and see the number of emails sent at the bottom. Does it matches with the number you see on the Summary i.e. 254?

This displays 154 records.

However, upon checking the "Broadcast > Sent" section, it displays that 256 emails were sent.

It means 154 emails were actually sent. The counter you see on the stats page increments in batches, and the cached counter is shown when the campaign is stuck for some reason. However, you can always see the number of emails tried in the logs tab. It's a rare case, though!

Wasif, The count of emails received in the Template and Logs tabs is the same.

See image below, What does it mean that there were 597 emails sent when I have 479 contacts for this campaign?
I find this thing confusing. Could you please explain it to me so that I can explain it more clearly to others?

Based on our recent replies, it appears that you may be using an older edition where the cache-based counter was replaced with the real-time counter. Here is a brief overview of the process flow that was previously used:
  1. The counter value was fetched by Mumara and incremented to the sent counter when a campaign was initiated.
  2. Mumara would then push the batched emails one by one until the batch was completed.
  3. The next batch was fetched and the counter incremented, and so on.
However, if a campaign was paused or experienced a system interruption, the cache counter was not decremented, resulting in an inflated sent count. Once the campaign was completed, the counter would be auto-refreshed and corrected. Based on your description, it is likely that your campaign was not completed.

Just for your information I am using the Latest Version of Mumara updated 2 days ago.

Campaign comprises 479 email contacts and astonishingly displays email send 893 (189%) -
unbelievable.

The campaign wasn't over-sent but in fact, it was just the counter that is showing a bigger number. It was because of the batch size. When you have a batch size set, Mumara first increments the batch size and then pushes the emails to the MTA. If your campaign system-pauses during the send-out, the batch size gets incremented into the sent counter, however, it's not actually sent. Mumara fixes the counter itself upon the completion of the campaign or if you just pause/resume. In such a case if you want to see the actual counter, you can navigate to the broadcast stats and see the correct counter under the logs tab.

We are encountering an issue where the links in the emails function properly and redirecting to us to the exact pages on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge but they do not work on Firefox. We are getting this error "HTTP Status: 404 (not found)".
Supoort team said, upon debugged more and find our tracking domain is giving the same error so your tracking domain is not working.

But upon reviewing the sending domain, it has been confirmed as "Passed", and the tracking domain is also valid.

It has already been discussed here https://community.mumara.com/thread...g-issues-with-the-functionality-of-links.392/. I would appreciate it if you don't post duplicate questions in multiple threads :-).
