Campaigns are stuck at 'Preparing' stage

Hello

My campaigns are stuck at 'Preparing' stage and nothing is being sent out.

This doesn't affect all campaigns but some campaigns booked for particular lists.
Rescheduling campaigns to the same lists doesn't solve the problem.

Also, scheduling campaigns to several small lists doesn't work and the same above described problem occurs.

It seems like the size of the list may be a factor?

Is it a known bug?

Does anyone know what to do?

I advise looking into debug logs by navigating to Tools -> Logs -> Debug and then find the matching error and paste here for better evaluation.

What is your Mumara version and PHP version?

I'm still having this issue and as you can imagine this stops us from doing our work.

If not here, happy to deal with via tickets in the client area.

I was informed by the staff member who was monitoring your Mumara after you submitted the ticket. He said for your new campaigns, there was no issue. So the issue is with a specific campaign. If you can point out in the ticket, the campaign name that is problematic or a contact list you think is problematic? Sometimes it's a tiny issue that becomes a giant, could be a special character of something. But if you can help to point out the campaign and the contact list, it will help soon!

The staff member did something but didn't explain clearly what he has actually changed aside from uninstalling one module from my box, which I had nothing against.

He said the issue was solved as the new campaigns were going out but that was clear from the start that the issue doesn't affect all booking but it does repeat itself when booking same lists or same combination of lists.

it's been clear to him and also clear here from the first post as I have attached the screenshot.

I have provided your staff with the exact names of the affected campaigns, provider user credentials, provided admin credential then provided root access to the dedicated server, so he or she had all the details.

Like I said I was informed one module has been uninstalled and I've been told that the issue has been fixed.

Like you I think this may be a specific issue with a list while it's hard to understand that as all lists were imported using Mumara own import functionality.

As per your requests I have shared affected campaigns info in the ticket (don't want to share campaign names in the public forum).

Let me know if there's anything else I could do or provide your team with so your guys could sort this issue.

It's an important one as for 4 days last 200 campaigns we had 6 affected and were unable to send them despite numerous attempts.

I'll get into it and will debug it. Once the resolution has been made, I'll post it here as well if someone else also faces the same issue.
