Sending nodes are rotated automatically when you select multiple nodes in your campaign. You also have an additional option for rotating the sending nodes, i.e., batches, and loops. It has already been explained here https://community.mumara.com/threads/problem-with-random-smtp-campagin.179/post-629.
As for the limit on the daily limit on triggers and nodes, it hasn't been packed with Mumara yet. Although these were developed a while ago, but we haven't launched them yet, and currently, I don't have an ETA on it.
