Drip campaigns

Hi,

Have you guys been able to run drip campaigns?

I tested one and no luck.
I made trigger so that if user opens and click link on specific campaign, and user is from specific country drip group starts.

This runs if user is added to segment that is country based.

Any info how to get this run, or what needs to be check out to make this work.

So you created a segment based on Statistics and then created a trigger on it to start a drip group when a contact is added to this segment? So why didn't it work? Are you able to see the contacts inside the segment?

Exactly like that. And user is added to segment but when I look trigger stats. No trigger was activated.
I tested this on my test emails and made this trigger by country based and after user is added to segment.
 
Tell me the exact criteria you set. Better to attach the snapshot of the "view segment" page.
 
I have created the segment and put the same criteria as you describe above but my trigger is working fine. Check the "Trigger Scheduling" time in Cron Settings and set the "Trigger Scheduling" time the same as you set Cron job time.
