Hey, When we send a test campaign or testing broadcast or run a test campaign its working for all our three domains. but when we try to send a test preview for the drip campaign it gives this error two out of three domains. see the screenshot. https://tinyurl.com/ywopykcf

While the same thing working fine for the one domain out of three.

All the sending domains are configured properly and similar.

Hi, The image displays an error message received from your ESP or SMTP server. It seems your sending domain is not authorized for sending. To resolve this, consider authorizing your domain on the ESP, enabling you to send emails from other domains.

Hi Faheem, The domains are authorized in the SMTP and also I am able to run a campaign if the an issue with the SMTP domain authorization then how it possible to run a campaign?

You have the option to schedule a campaign and choose a custom setting in Sender Information. In the custom Sender Information, select the problematic sending domain and schedule the campaign. Afterwards, verify if the scheduled campaign runs smoothly or encounters errors. To check for errors, navigate to the broadcast statistics and then the log tab.

I'd recommend considering hiring an expert to assist with the Mumara configuration for smoother operations.

I am an expert working on mumara for the past three years. There is no problem with the sending node or sending domain or SMTP. Trying to configure an other server to see the issue.
