I inserted four new Email Templates (Setup > Email Templates) as an admin. A second admin cannot see those templates I added. Is that supposed to be the case?
The email templates are set to enabled for both Status and Enable for Users. Is there a way for everyone to see all templates or do they need to be added to each admin profile?
