I dont want to send emails to some specefic TLD, is there a way to block contacts on any of my lists which has domain from the specified tld.

Hello Nico,

Yes ofcourse you can use domain suppression for this purpose. Just insert the specified domain names tlds into the domain suppression and then Mumara will not send any emails to the subscribers linked with those domains.

Thankyou

I know inserting the specified domain names in the suppression list one by one is quite possible. I want to add a whole tld like .cn or .ru to prevent mails getting sent to any domain ending with .ru or .cn . This is what I want to achieve but the domain supperssion list want an exact domain to be entered which is not my intention. Can you suggest something.

Hello Nico,

Currently, you can suppress a fully qualified domain name in Mumara using domain suppression. However, suppressing a tld is yet to get developed in Mumara. I have forwarded this future request to our Dev Team they will put this into consideration after checking its scope with the application. Unfortunately, I can't give you any ETA on this because the Dev Team is currently fully occupied with the ongoing tasks but you can post this future request separately on this thread to get it on priority. https://community.mumara.com/forums/feature-request.14/

Thankyou
