How is link tracking affected if install domain is changed?

Hi,

Lets say that I have the following setup:

Setup 1:
Install domain: email.domainABC.com
Sending domain: domainXYZ.com
Tracking domain: click.domainXYZ.com (setup as CNAME to email.domainABC.com)

And I want to change to:

Setup 2:
Install domain: company.some-new-domain.com
Sending domain: domainXYZ.com
Tracking domain: click.domainXYZ.com (setup as CNAME to company.some-new-domain.com)

I want to ensure that there are no tracking issues for previously sent campaigns after the change in install domain. In other words, if a recipient opens or clicks an old campaign email after the install, I want to ensure that is tracked.

Will this work OK or are there be any issues I need to be aware of?

If you are changed your CNAME to your new setup domain. It will work fine with previously sent campaigns . There will be no issue.
