How many domains can I send from one account?

Hi everyone, I’m using MumaraONE and managing multiple brands under one account.

Right now, I have:
  • Brand A → marketing emails
  • Brand B → transactional emails
  • A third client who wants to onboard soon
My questions are:
  • How many domains can I send from one MumaraONE account?
  • Is there any limit?
  • Is it safe to use multiple domains under the same account?
I don’t want to mix reputations or cause issues later. Would appreciate guidance from someone experienced.

Good question this is very common for agencies and multi-brand setups.

MumaraONE allows multiple sending domains in one account. However, it depends on which account you have subscribed to.
Have you checked the pricing page here please also click on the view limits button on the bottom right of this page to view the limits. Enclosed snapshot for your review.

There’s no “1 domain only” restriction in normal setups only in Mumara campaigns.

But the real question isn’t “how many” it’s how you structure them properly.

Okay that’s good to hear and got the required package.

But if I add 3–4 domains under one account, won’t their reputations affect each other?

Thats will be a good heads up and this is where many people misunderstand things.

In MumaraONE:
  • Domain reputation is tied to each sending domain
  • IP reputation depends on whether you're using shared or dedicated IPs
  • Campaign behavior matters more than account count
Example If you have:
  • news.brandA.com
  • notify.brandB.com
  • mail.clientC.com
Each domain builds its own domain reputation.

If Brand A sends poorly targeted campaigns, it won’t automatically destroy Brand B’s domain unless they share the same infrastructure carelessly.

Here’s a real MumaraONE scenario let’s just say:
  • All domains are using the same shared IP pool
  • One brand sends to inactive or risky data
  • Spam complaints spike
Even though domain reputation is separate, the IP reputation can temporarily affect everyone.

That’s why agencies usually:
  • Keep high-risk campaigns isolated
  • Use separate subdomains
  • Move high-volume brands to dedicated IPs when scaling
It’s not about the account it’s about the sending structure.

Makes sense. So for example, if I manage:
  • Ecommerce store
  • SaaS platform
  • Event marketing brand
Can I safely send all three from one MumaraONE account?

Yes and that’s actually very common.

A healthy structure would look like this:
  • Ecommerce → shop.brand.com
  • SaaS transactional → notify.brand.com
  • Events → events.brand.com
Each domain has its own
  • Separate sending identity
  • Separate DKIM/SPF records
  • Separate segments
Many agencies manage 5–10 domains under one MumaraONE dashboard.

The key is proper separation and list hygiene.

Yes, in these cases:
  1. Completely unrelated clients with different billing/ownership
  2. Very high-volume senders needing dedicated infrastructure
  3. Clients who require full isolation for compliance
Otherwise, one account with properly separated domains works perfectly.

Exactly, below are the summarized things
  • MumaraONE supports multiple sending domains
  • Domain reputation is separate
  • IP reputation depends on configuration
  • Structure + segmentation matter more than domain count
Agencies successfully manage multiple brands from one dashboard just don’t mix risky behavior across them.

For anyone scaling with MumaraONE:
Multiple domains are powerful but only when paired with proper segmentation and clean sending practices.
