How to Change Profile Avatar in Mumara

I would like to know how to change my profile image or avatar in my account, and how my users can change their profile avatars as well. I could not find any option in the settings to change the avatar. I believe that this is a basic feature that should be available in the profile section. Can you please guide me on how to make these changes?
