How to Use MumaraOne API in Campaigns+

I want to use MumaraOne API sending node in my campaigns+ how can I set it up properly because I don't exactly know the workflow on how to make it securely functional. Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Hey Beau,

Setting up the MumaraOne API Bridge in Campaigns+ is quite straightforward. You can follow these steps to get it configured securely and properly:
  1. Go to Sending Nodes in Campaigns+ and create a new one.
  2. In the Gateway dropdown, select MumaraOne.
  3. Copy your One Connect Key from the MumaraOne Bridge and paste it into the API Token field in Campaigns+.
  4. Make sure the same sending domain is added and verified in both MumaraOne and Campaigns+.
  5. Select that verified domain for your sending node.
  6. (Optional) Enable Process Delivery Reports if you want Campaigns+ to track delivery statuses automatically.
  7. Enter your Sender Information (Name and Email).
  8. If you prefer a different Reply-To address, enable the option and enter your desired address.
  9. Click Save, and your configuration is complete.
Once done, your Campaigns+ instance will be connected to MumaraOne and ready to send securely through your verified domain.

Let me know if you face any issues or need further assistance.

Thank you!

Thankyou for your guidance. I have followed the steps and configured the Mumaraone sending node in my campaigns, but I wanted to clarify a few things. How can I manage the tracking within my Mumaraone account of the emails being sent through campaigns. Actually am a bit confused. Should I set up the same sending domain in campaigns, too? Please clarify about it.

I’m glad to know that you’ve successfully set up the sending node in Campaigns. To enable open and click tracking through MumaraOne, please ensure the following configurations:

  1. Enable tracking within the Bridges section.
  2. Configure the same sending domain in Campaigns but use a different hostname.
  3. Disable tracking under both the Sending Domain settings and while scheduling a campaign, so that all tracking activities are handled exclusively by MumaraOne.
I’ve also attached a few snapshots to help illustrate the process for better clarity. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. I’ll be happy to assist you further.

Thankyou
