Issue with Sending Domains after upgrade to Version 6.4.03

I am facing with an issue with the sending domains. All my domain are showing a yellow exclaimation mark. When I click this mark a popup opens and show this message "

There is an issue​

The cloaking file placed on your tracking domain link.crescentagon.com is old and needs to be updated. Download the latest file and upload to your tracking domain root folder.
"
I have updated all my domain with the new php file downloaded, however this exclaimation mark does not go away and still persists.

Please fix this issue or let me know how to resolv it.
 
@nico , if you have put the latest cloaking file, the warning sign should disappear automatically. I would advise you to open a support ticket as well.
