Issues with bounce and spam reporting

We started to use Mumara in February and never got past the testing stage. There are no bounce or spam reports available in the admin. Need help.
 
Hi,

Have you received bounce and complaint reports in the mailbox that you have connected to Mamara? Additionally, can you confirm whether the bounce address and feedback loop are successfully connected to Mamara?
