1. Test After
when preparing a Broadcast, we should have a check box called test after; that allow to add an extra email in that broadcast after X email sent,
and that is essential for the follow up of the rate quality of the broadcast.
EXP: if I have 100k broadcast I should get a test when each 1000 email is out of my smtp or pmta.

2. Duplicated emails in a list
it should be an option for letting duplicated emails in a list.
EXP: some times for warm up we have a special list and it's not practical to make 20 broadcast while I can double that list and make 1 broadcast with a delay in sent.

3. Test before Broadcast
I know that the tracking is working fine, but before making a broadcast when need to check if the tracking is working and to check if our broadcast is not going to spam after that the tracking put my domain in those links.(now am doing a small broadcast before sending wich is .........)

those are simple but really really important, specially for me and any one one coming from certain platforms.

thanks

  1. We have added this to the pipeline
  2. You can create copies of your contact list along with contacts and use them all for a single campaign.
  3. So you want to send test previews using the tracking domains? Or you want a feature which allows you to check if tracking domains are working fine?

@wassif

3- I need an option while am editing my Broadcast to send test previews using the tracking domains and also the default option alongside.
The benefits are multiple:
- checking if the redirection is working..
- checking the health of the links 🔗 in order to avoid junk folders..

and this option also if possible:
Sometimes there's a need to use external short links {bitly,tinyurl,...}instead of the custom domain (even if the tracking is not going to fetch on clicks) only for websites review alongside with the existing options.

Thanks

The "test preview" feature on the edit broadcast page of Mumara enables you to send a sample email to any external email address to see how it looks before launching the actual campaign. This is useful for ensuring your email appears as intended.

However, it's important to understand that for full functionality, like generating tracking links, Mumara needs to establish a specific relationship with the recipient of the email. This relationship involves several components, such as the tracking domain ID and campaign ID, among others. These components are necessary for tracking interactions like link clicks within the emails.

The most accurate way to test these tracking functionalities is by sending a real campaign to a designated test email list, rather than using the test preview option. When a recipient clicks on a tracking link in a real campaign, the process works as follows: the click is first registered by Mumara, which then identifies the individual who clicked on the link. Subsequent database operations are performed to record the activity before the user is finally redirected to the intended destination URL. This process allows you to gather accurate metrics on recipient engagement within your email campaigns.
