reCAPTCHA in webforms

I am facing issues in configuring reCAPTCHA in one of my webforms any idea how I can solve this issue. Enclosing a screenshot of it but unable to understand why its not working.

Rehan thankyou for the update it just didn't worked in my Mumara I am using reCAPTCHA version V3 please help me to resolve this issue.

Can you confirm which Mumara installation version you are currently on? I guess you might be on a quite older one. Please let me know about it.

Ooh I noticed there is an update available and I am on 6.5.3

Are you sure after updating my Mumara this issue will get resolved...?

Dont worry just update your Mumara and your issue will be resolved. After updating Mumara, you will see an option to choose V2 and V3 reCAPTCHA. Please have a look at the screenshot as well. Let me know if you need any further assistance in this regard.
