The distinction between soft and hard bounces is really important and should be carefully managed. But repeated soft bounces should be treated as a hard bounce. Currently there is no setting or option to hard bounce a contact after a selected number of soft bounces. Different marketers have different opinions about how many soft bounces should trigger a hard bounce and that is going to depend on time period as well but it should be an option. Currently in Mumara Campaigns soft bounces are just soft bounces. Nothing is ever done to escalate them or hard bounce them. This is frustrating for sure and would make a great feature.
