In Mumara, you currently can’t set up a reschedule specifically for non-openers. However, you can easily resend your campaign manually by creating a segment of non-openers and then scheduling a new campaign for that segment.
You can change the subject line or email content before sending to improve engagement. Mumara also offers many other combinations through which you can segment your targeted data.
How to Resend to Non-Openers in Mumara
Go to Segments and create a new segment. In the rules section, select the status and set the criteria to “Hasn’t Opened.” Then, select the broadcast option (either 'Any' or 'Specific'). Save the segment once your criteria are set. Go to Broadcasts → Schedule Campaign, and choose this non-opener segment as your data.
Recommended Time Delay
It’s generally a good idea to wait 2–3 days after the first campaign before resending. This gives your contacts enough time to open the original email before receiving the follow-up.
