Segment De-duping

We just upgraded from 6.2.2 to 6.3.02 and now our segments that contain multiple lists are sending multiple emails to the same email address if that email is in multiple lists defined in the segment. Is there a way to correct this without creating a list and de-duping, because that list will no longer be in sync with the others.

@christophere2 my apologies for the delay in response. You always have an option which is selected by default when scheduling the campaigns -> "Skip duplicates". If duplicates are skipped, it shouldn't send multiple emails to the sample recipient.
 
Thanks for your response, @wasif . I believe we already set "track_duplicate" to 0 when we create scheduled campaigns through the API.

On another note, is there a way that I could contract you to look at our sending speeds? We used to be able to send 700k - 1.4 million emails per hour and now we can only send 15k/hour through 15 threads. We've rebuilt our Mumara instance from scratch twice now with no success. Your assistance would be much appreciated!
