The sending nodes are getting deactivated frequently. The SMTP server has no connectivity issue.
Please advise. For your reference, I have attached the Settings - Application Settings - Broadcast
Hi If your SMTP is deactivate by system then after X minutes that is in settings. it will check that smtp If smtp connection works it will make Active that smtp and resume campaigns related to that.
And if your SMTP is deactivating frequently, it means Mumara is trying to connect to the SMTP more frequently and getting a connection blocked. You need to make sure that you are using batches and have some batch size set in application settings so Mumara doesn't establish the connection with SMTP server before every email and keeps it calmed.
