We are encountering an issue where the links in the emails function properly and redirecting to us to the exact pages on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge but they do not work on Firefox. We are getting this error "HTTP Status: 404 (not found)".
 
It could be an issue with the Firefox plugin or something. Try in incognito mode if it works there.
