These is no option to segment out the Spammed/complaint for no-subscriber.

There is no option to segment out the Spammed/complaint contacts for subscribed=No.

I only able to segment out the Spammed/complaint contacts who is subscribed.

Please advice.

Do you mean you want to create a segment of the complaints with subscription status unconfirmed? Just try to export them and you'll find the subscription status. Or you're saying you are unable to create a segment based on a subscription status filter?
 
I want to segment out to those complaints who didn't unsubscribe and just report the complaint to Amazon SES. Please help
 
still cant filters out those i saw in campaign statistics.

refer to the attached image the filter based on statistics and the criteria has complained should include those isn't un-subscribed.

majority of people will click spam and delete the mail without un-subscribed the mail.

it will affect my Amazon SES sending reputation.
