Triggers and File size Upload.

Hello to all,

I would like to upload more 1kk email base address, but I could not do it and I got the error: "500 | Server Error", although I changed the php.ini
So I divided into several parts database and uploaded it on the line ... It is terribly uncomfortable.

Next, I turned on the triggers:

And I started to do distribution. But for some reason, triggers do not work correctly!
Instead of copying the opening and add "list" in the list, the following occurs:

Although I have sent only: 76k emails!

I also launched a newsletter and set the value to send 30k emails per hour. But read for about 12 hours and sent to 76k.
I do not understand what's the matter?
 
I believe your three questions are wrapped in a single thread. Try to open different threads for different questions. Here I'll try to answer

1. For the 500 error, look into Tools->Log->Debug Logs to find the actual error and paste here.
2. There shouldn't be an issue even if your import file has millions of records. It's tested on billion records as well.
3. And you are creating a segment so if any contact is added to the selected lists, it will be moved to the chosen list. What issue you do find. I didn't get the issue from your comments.
