Unable to Schedule Drip Campaigns

My drip campaigns are not working. The broadcasts send out the mails correctly. but drips do not seem to be working can someone help me through the same

Can you please elaborate a little more about your issue there are various scenarios and cases in which drips are being sent to the contacts so please let us know in which specific case the drips are not being sent from your installation. It would be convenient if you can share some screenshots or make a video of your issue.

This needs to be checked specifically in your case because from these snapshots the criteria which you used to send drip campaigns is not clear and on our test installations drips are working normally. Please open a support ticket in your billing account at https://billing.mumara.com along with your Mumara login details to diagnose this issue further.

The drip campaigns are working but are going as seprate mails even though the subject line is same.

Is it possible to schedule drip campaigns so that they go as a part of the same thread and not different threads/ emails.

Hello Nico,

This must be related to Gmail's functionality as it might be the case that your sending IP or the sending domain was getting changed while sending these drips and if you want to schedule the drips to be sent with the same thread create a separate drip group and add the drips you want to send in that drip group.

That is exactly what I did, I sent the above email from the same drip group using multiple nodes as I have to send millions of emails daily and I cannot choose which email goes through which node. The screenshot of the drip group

Have you selected a single or chosen multiple sending nodes in this Drip group? Please confirm.

I tried with multiple nodes first that sent the campaign in multiple threads.
Second time tried only with one node.

Then it's on the Gmail end as Mumara is sending the drips correctly.

I think gmail is showing different threads as the emails are different for all the emails. Is it possible that if i send an email to someone from x node all followups in the drip also go from node x

Hello Nico,

Currently, this mechanism is not available in Mumara to work automatically but you can manage this through a manual process by using the same sending nodes in the drip group which you selected to send normal campaigns.
