I believe there may be a misunderstanding. My question is not about open or click tracking.

I want to understand how UTM parameters (UTM tags/codes) can be used in Mumara campaigns.

Specifically, I’m looking for clarity on:

  • Whether Mumara supports adding UTM parameters to links
  • How to configure or append UTM tags in campaigns or automations
  • All possible use cases for UTM tracking (for example, tracking campaigns in Google Analytics)
Kindly explain this in detail or guide me to relevant documentation if available.

You can confidently use UTM tags and parameters in Mumara while setting up your broadcasts, as illustrated in the attached snapshot for your reference.

Mumara fully supports UTM tracking by allowing UTM parameters to be appended directly to destination URLs used in broadcasts, which you can use in campaigns and automations. As a result, links containing UTMs are delivered exactly as configured, and all UTM parameters remain intact even after click-tracking redirects.

At present, UTMs are added manually at the link level within the broadcast editor. The enclosed snapshot demonstrates the exact method for appending UTM parameters to your URLs.

These UTM-enabled links are fully compatible with Google Analytics and other analytics or CRM platforms, enabling comprehensive tracking at the campaign, channel, CTA, and automation levels. You may utilize UTM parameters based on your specific tracking and reporting requirements for each campaign.
