Warming Multiple IPs at the Same Time in Mumara

Has anyone successfully warmed up multiple IPs in Mumara?
I need some thoughtful insight about this like How can I achieve this while using Mumara

Yes, we’ve done this successfully, and Mumara supports warming multiple IPs at the same time, but the strategy matters more than the tool.

What worked for us:
  • Each IP had its own daily volume ramp-up
  • We started with engaged contacts only (opens in the last 30–60 days)
  • Kept consistent sending domains per IP
  • Used sequential sending instead of batch
If you just blast volume across all IPs together, the reputation will not get better, especially on Major ISPs.

This is interesting
When you say “sequential sending,” do you mean one IP finishes first and then the next starts?

Also, does Mumara automatically distribute emails across IPs or do we need to manually assign them?

Thats a very good question.

In Mumara:
  • You can assign specific IPs or IP pools per campaign
  • Sequential sending means controlled SMTP flow, not random parallel bursts
  • Each IP should behave like a new sender, even if it’s under the same domain
We learned the hard way that parallel warm-up without throttling = instant soft bounces

Okay thats quite informative. However, from our side, the safest approach we’ve seen in Mumara is:
  • Warm multiple IPs in parallel, but
  • Treat each IP as an independent sender
  • Start with very low daily caps per IP
  • Increase volume gradually every 24 hours
  • Monitor bounce categories, deferrals, and Major Isps feedback
Mumara gives flexibility, but reputation still depends on sender behavior.

One thing I’d add here for anyone finding this thread later:

Warming multiple IPs isn’t just about volume it’s about signal consistency.

If your IPs send:
  • Different domains
  • Mixed content types
  • Cold lists
you’ll see uneven reputation growth.

Mumara makes it possible, but IP warm-up discipline is what actually decides inbox vs spam

We tried warming 4 IPs at once with aggressive volume and which throttled us within 48 hours.

After switching to:
  • Smaller daily increments
  • Higher engagement lists
  • Slower ramp-up
Deliverability stabilized.

Wish we’d found this thread earlier.
