It seems like PHP on your server didn't get installed properly. However, there is a solution for that please go to this thread https://community.mumara.com/threads/updating-from-php7-x-to-php8-1-v5-5.399/ and follow the instructions. This will update your PHP to the required version. Please let us know if you still face any issues after following the steps.

After chatting with the support the issue was solved by reinstalling the server with a clean AlmaLinux8
After that, the Mumara script did everything by itself.
